HOW TO ORDER

Step 1 :- Sign up

  • If you have an account, jump to step 2.
  • If you are new and do not have an account, click ‘Sign up’ at right top corner of the website, and fill up your details, choose username and password. Click signup.
  • Once you furnish all the information required and click signup, an activation link will be sent to the Inbox of your E-mail address provided in the form. Click on the link to activate your account.

Step 2 :- Log in

  • Click ‘Login’, option available at right top corner of the website, beside ‘Sign Up’, type your username or email Address and password.
  • Verify your Genuineness, by completing the Captcha.  Check the ‘Check box’ beside ‘I’m not a Robot’ text. Then Select each image that contains the object described in the text or in the image at the top of the popped-up window. Then click Verify.
  • After the captcha is complete, and green tick () is marked in the check box, click on ‘Login’ button.

Step 3 :- Select your product

  • You can Select from the available faculties, click the subject(s) then select their variations {mode of lectures, validity (if applicable), Mode of material (if applicable)}, and click ‘Add to Cart’.
  • Please make sure of the variation before adding to cart and placing order.

Step 4 :- View Cart

  • Review the subjects and their Variation/mode you have selected and if required, make necessary modifications or additions.
  • Any existing reward Points or active coupon code, if applicable, can be redeemed in the cart.

Step 5 :- Proceed to Check out

  • Once you make sure of every step before, click on Proceed to checkout.

Step 6:- Payment

  • You can verify or modify, if needed, your details for billing and shipping. Both can be same.
  • Mention the Attempt Month and Year in the Order notes in the right Pane.
  • Make payment after selecting one of the Payment gateways available.
  • You can make the payment online using available options. We recommend Credit Card, Debit Card or Net banking.

  • Send a Request mail, to info@fhconline.in, mentioning one of the below methods to place the order.
  • Any redemption of coupon or Reward points will neither be applicable, nor be rewarded, if placed order availing below methods.

  • You can request for payment link to place an order.
  • Though, we recommend you place the order from the website, as it helps in keeping records and transaction history. But, in case you are facing any problems in placing order, You can also make the payment through payment link.
  • We will require your order details, according to which, we will provide you a payment link.
  • The amount will be as per the details you furnish. The Payment link will be valid for 5 days from the date of link generated. The prices will considered as per on the date of generation of link.

  • You can also request for depositing the amount for your order, in the firm’s bank account, through cash/cheque.
  • We will require your order details, according to which, we will provide you the amount to be Deposited.
  • The amount will be as per the details you furnish. The prices will be considered as per on the date of Request mail.
  • We will share firm account details , along with the details of amount for the deposit.
  • After depositing the amount, provide with a clear picture/screenshot of the receipt of the payment made in the account. Through the mail.
  • Make sure to send in the Same Mail Thread.
